I wouldn't trust just the SMS unless someone already reported not able to at Sam Nu. I tried looking back the thread and I don't see anyone came back negative. Let's hope that's the case. |

Actually I will be gladly accept if they limit the amount of transaction per customer per day. Say like RM 1k per day. Also don't allow customers to earn points from TnG reloads and ePay payments. Now just cut the CC facility off...

For those who have been charged with AF before, when will it charge you? Once the new statement cycle starts?
My statement cycle is from 28th to 27th and my anniversary is in Sept, not sure when it will be charged... This post has been edited by fruitie: Aug 11 2016, 10:28 PM |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Aug 12 2016, 12:11 AM) I have tried reviewing the other categories but sadly say the other categories won't benefit me. If my anniversary doesn't fall in September, I will keep it but too bad the timing is not good for me this time. QUOTE(MGM @ Aug 12 2016, 12:25 AM) Well, it could be one of the reasons but I always let people behind me to pay first if they only have few items. Actually the CS Manager told me before there are customers paying RM 30k of TNB bills every month and they have raked up their points to few hundreds thousand points. In long term, it cannot sustain anymore. I think they didn't expect normal consumers like us will have such a huge amount of bill to pay... |

No confirmation email has received from UOBPayonline, but the payment record was in history. Checked the TNB website just now that my payment has went through |
