If you're on budget, then CPL is unnecessary.. It's just a stuff to reduce a glare. Without it, even with a glare, the dashcam can still record clearly what's in front of you..

If you got eyesore looking at one of the image below, then, you need to break your budget and buy a CPL filter ..

The video is also darker when using the CPL. Also, you'll get rainbow effects on the windscreen with certain tints like wearing polarized sunglasses.

However after some research i just notice below 2 statements, wonder anyone is using samsung evo +? or i should buy the Transcend High Endurance one.

Evo+ is an older version. But don't think any dashcams can use the 256gb which is using V-NAND. Evo Plus is a newer version.

Yes, the warranty is void if used in dashcam and ipcams. Sandisk and others also will void. If can afford High Endurance range or MLC chip based, why not?

Most of my card is Samsung Evo Plus. I expect the life expectancy is about 2+- years if used in dashcams.

Maybe you can pm Sicurez and see if they provide such service as they are authorized distributor for Viofo in Malaysia.

You can copy the firmware from any others pc to your memory card 32gb then put into your A119 and power up ur A119 for firmware upgrade. Try update firmware 1st before send to any repairing.
