Since for the Neon FP and Compy 300 V2 also need TX and RX, so it will cost aroundrm1.2k.... , i think out of my bugget already..........

Esky honeybee is FP too but currently is hard to find for this model.....i wana find some is more simple to fly and cheap to repair as i still beginner level.......

I found that in this forum, the walkera 4G3 and 4#3B is the most popular....... i think the 4#3B is good to fly for indoor but someone said can fly for outdoor as well????true? For the walkera 4#3B will out the full brushless , what he different? Need all the sifu here before decide buy which heli .....
*
u dont want the 4g3 to start with laa ... high repair costs and many part to deal with

brushless is the motor it uses ... brushless = no physical contact in motor so the motor almost last forever one
brushed = carbon contact so when the carbon wears out the motor can throw away liau

and brushless is more powerful but the ESC that goes with the brushlless adds abit more weight

honeybee FP is good coz initial costs are cheap ... all in one ready to fly with tx and all
alot of places got parts for it but maybe all ALL the PARTS la

4#3 is oso another good option .... but it is more difficult coz it is small and that makes it super sensitive to learn ... it is just as crash-able as the esky FP or maybe even more crashable coz small size = small force

its all up to u ... u have to allocate for heli and spare parts as well ... dont forget that

after u make your choice ... we are here to discuss and help whatever we can

where are u located ??

Is best to stay away from HBFP2 unless you willing spend lot's of time to tune and repair it till it fly able...
It the most hardest FP heli around...  sweat.gif

Like that u better buy the 4#3B lor... No need to wait full brushless if you are on tight budget...
I believe the full brushless 4#3B is not that cheap also...  whistling.gif

kenny chai ... u fly mode 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 ??
that hard meh esky FP ?? i tot 4g3 is harder ??

uniquexme got put pre-order price for the 4#3 full brushless few pages back ma ... not that expensive laa if compared to compy + tx setup ... hehehe

Upgrade to Mode 2 liao lor... Much more easier to control...
HBFP2 original is Mode 1 so is harder to learn...
But due to is using Tail motor so it abit hard to control...
You need to always fight with the tail even when hovering...
Unless your setting is damn chun lar... but the tail will still drift sometimes...

So for beginner is best to start with FP heli...
But the 4#3B is too small for my liking...
That y bought this HBFP2... simple to repair... easy to crash tongue.gif ...
cheap part... mostly need CA only to repair... whistling.gif

thats becoz the esky fp is made of plastic mostly .. alot of tolerance to give and take lorr coz plastic is flexible and deforms to stress application .. hehehe
but when u count upgrade liau price is like belt cp price ... then after u upgrade to guru or carbon or metal parts ... cannot use CA to kowtim anymore .. tongue.gif

Eventhou upgrade from HBFP2 to Neon FP, the part quality is still better then Belt CP eventhou is not cheap...
Handling still better then Belt CP as it still FP heli... Lol...
To upgrade or not is own decission lor... Worth it or not depend on ownself lor... icon_rolleyes.gif
If able to upgrade to Neon FP mean you know how to fly it liao lor... So no need to use CA anymore lor... whistling.gif
Also Neon FP part still cheaper compare to Belt CP lor...
Cheaper then 4G3 also...
Even if stock HBFP2 convert to Neon FP also still cheaper then buying the 4G3... whistling.gif

of coz la ... neon FP cannot invert one ma .. and try flying it in the living room and see laa
see your mum whack your head or not ... hahahahaa
every heli got their own style and character one .. if want to be cheap and crash cheap .. then choose esky lama/dauphin ... hahahahaha

actually u count the costs of the upgrade ... can buy trex 450 pro kit liau ... hehehe
even my 4g3 + upgrade + spare parts oso can more than enuff to buy my 450 pro kit liau

fun level cannot be measured by cost of crash or heli one laaa ...
same like toyota what is good and fun compared to honda or mitsu or bmw etc etc ... then compare fwd rwd 4wd awd etc etc
then buy a bmw or evo or subaru liau cannot complain about petrol laa .. tongue.gif

everybody makes their own choice .. thats their level and definition of fun
fly a .90 nitro and crash kow kow and see la ... can buy a cheap 2nd hand car liau but why ppl still do it ?? hehehehe

I think I will go for full brushless. How about the spare part like tail blade, boom, rotor holder etc. Hobbyasia won't bring in any spare part for 4#3b v3 heli, right? If I break one of this part and cannot repair.....masi cham...cannot fly anymore....sad.gif

the v2 and v3 parts all the same laa ... only diff is the tail motor + 1 ESC + tail holder
rotors .. skids .. boom .. etc etc all same ...
the blades of the 4#3 is much much harder to break compared to the 4G3 laa ... why u so scared ?? hahahahaa
but of coz those 4#3 blades can chip chip chip then just crack laa ... my 4G3 one wont coz it just breaks ... hahahhaa

go for full BL then ... i think uniquexme there oso no more stock for the 4#3 liau ... hahahahaa
full BL refer to earlier pages for price by uniquexme and oso availability ...

Yesterday i replace my Gyro's double sided tape with a 3M double sided, and my tail is rock solid..
I read in articles saying that only use double sided tape and not other's such as: cable tie, velcro strip, etc.
Because the double sided tape normally is about 1.5mm thick which act like cushion that can absorb some vibration from the heli.

Before hover in room have to ensure finely tune, if not you'll ended up "Hovering" everything else in the room~

3M double sided tape is oso very good i have heard ... u used to strap velcro to the gyro one ah ??
i suppose the strap will transfer vibrations to the heli that causes gyro crazee abit laa
