stock BL for the walkera can get locally ... the tail cannot get locally .. have to import (for stock and non stock oso import)

repair cost is actually not much laa .. maybe rm200-300 so far ... the rest are all upgrade costs .. hehehe

i found another place to go look for tomoro ... in PJ this time ... according to my fren alot of motor and winding shops there ... so very good chance they will have what i need tongue.gif

google mymegastation ... look for ESKY LAMA V3 or V4 .. its a 4 channel coaxial heli
i think they are having offer rm199.99 for either one of the above
both are suitable for beginner .. cannot fly outdoor unless totally no wind

if u want more challenge ... i mean much much more challenge ... go get a walkera 4#3b ... hobby-asia.com is currently having a sale of that heli at rm430
its much faster ... much more fun .. and much harder to control ... u can still fly it outdoor provided u have all the necessary basic skills and not too windy

look at a few pages back .. uniquexme is having a sale at his site .. the 4#3 is going for rm430 at the moment
the thing about thei 4#3 is that it is very hardy for a single rotor heli ,,, about 9inches long which makes it good for indoor flying and being a single rotor u can take it outside even with a little bit of breeze if u have the skill to control it
as for spare parts ... uniquexme stock almost all the parts and can send it to your place within a few days ... i have purhcased a few times from him and most of it arrive within 2-3 days .. or u can import your own parts from online shops ... i have done this too and it arrived about 1 week after i ordered

esky cp is much bigger than the 4#3 ... only for outdoors ... of coz being bigger allows it to handle the wind and all better
parts can be sourced locally easily ... but u will have to look around la coz alot of shops have very limited selection the on belt cp parts ie. shop #1 got parts A but not B then u have to go look for parts B in shop #2 and so on ..

the single rotor helis are a big difference from your coaxials ... which u prolly found out cannot fly in the wind already .. hehehehe
the controls are much more sensitive and heli moves much faster ..

For the Neon FP and Compy 300 V2 also need TX and RX...
If newbies is more advisable to buy Neon FP 1st to learn hovering as less mechanical part mean less repair cost and more fly time... tongue.gif

Since for the Neon FP and Compy 300 V2 also need TX and RX, so it will cost aroundrm1.2k.... , i think out of my bugget already..........

Esky honeybee is FP too but currently is hard to find for this model.....i wana find some is more simple to fly and cheap to repair as i still beginner level.......

I found that in this forum, the walkera 4G3 and 4#3B is the most popular....... i think the 4#3B is good to fly for indoor but someone said can fly for outdoor as well????true? For the walkera 4#3B will out the full brushless , what he different? Need all the sifu here before decide buy which heli .....

I think 4#3B is the best choice. Outdoor flying is not for learning process.
Wait for the full brushless (more powerful).
Is like buying cars, if newer version coming out, should wait for it.

Is best to stay away from HBFP2 unless you willing spend lot's of time to tune and repair it till it fly able...
It the most hardest FP heli around... sweat.gif

Like that u better buy the 4#3B lor... No need to wait full brushless if you are on tight budget...
I believe the full brushless 4#3B is not that cheap also... whistling.gif
