not as smooth in starting up ...
since i have wires to wind at least 100 4G3s so no prob la ... learn and relearn to do things right and properly

now can pretty much hover full pack in room quite happily liau
with the window opened and breeze blowing in every now and then makes it more challenging ... this morning just b4 it rained a gust blew me into the door .. hahaha
damage ?? bent feathering shaft which i bent back ... thats about it laa ... took me 10mins to take it out and re-assemble everything and fly again
i must have hovered 5-6 packs today ... getting used to the controls much better

hovering only last 5mins with the aftermarket brushless ... hmmmmm .. waiting for the other brushless to arrive and see if flight/hovering time can last longer

i think most likely 4#3 instead of 2nd 4g3 .. more crash prove and longer flight time ... most reported around 9-10mins of flight time with the 4#3 ... the 20gm difference is alot considering both uses the same motors (in stock form) .. 4#3 is less than 50gm and 4g3 is about 68gm ..

flew my 4g3 at BTHO today .. hovered around for 1-2 packs ... then wind came and kowtim me .. crash head 1st into the ground

damage report .. 1 ball link flew off the ball .. rotor/feathering shaft bent .. thats all .. total damage costs .. usd2 ... hehehehe

mow i start practicing in house porch liau ... let some wind hit me so i can learn to anticipate and control it better ... so far so good ... hovered 3 packs in porch no accident yet ..

gonna disassemble the tail and rewind the tail motor .. the stutter @ not so smooth start really starting to annoy me liau now ... hehehee
seriously considering SPEKTRUM my 4g3 ... but will count the pros and cons 1st ..

Have you checked the RPM of your brushless? Any noises?

Why don't consider 4G3?? You fly coaxial, can upgrade to CP lo...

me not engineer la ... i used to want to be an engineer when i was small .. went to U and did 2 yrs of engineering but end up i came out accountant ... hahahahaha

i take the time to go read and search etc etc ... after i get all the info and materials i need then i try lorr ... the effort is a must in order to make things work

btw .. this morning after seeing my hovering the 4g3 .. fx20v said i could hover the 450 easily liau laa .. hahahahaa

actually if u eye-ing the 4g3 ... the one uniqueXme selling with less than 10 flights is worth it la .. the conversion to BL tail is only usd35 P&P from walkera themselves

I did fly my coaxial heli handsfree few times....but now a bit difficult.....TBE problem is back...still can't figure out what is the cause.... Inner shaft, blade, stabalizer all seem ok......One thing I noticed is the motor ran hot after each flight...hot enough to burn my finger....maybe hot and humid weather kua....I dowan to spend money to buy spare part for this heli liao.....I hope to get 4#3b soon.....

i might get onto working the tail today ... depending on mood la of coz ... hehehe

Too bad don't have 4G3 kit unless buy separately... which might cost more.
