Ya, I already feedback to Mazda Malaysia on the outdated website, they just replied noted and working on updating it. Really slow, should get the website ready with new info on launch day.

guys....my car started to have suspension noise whenever cross thru uneven road (clunking noise) kruk kruk @ front driver side

dosent matter wet or dry, its annoying...

suspect its strut amount or ball joint/ stabilizer link

any member face this issue before?

Have you ask Mazda Malaysia about the GVC model for Labuan?

Just asked the sales rep. He said CKD models don't have GVC yet. Only CX3. Only CBU has the GVC. So I'm guessing yours in CBU unit?

better call HQ and ask.
nope, ours is CKD, no CBU for M3 in Malaysia.. unless Mazda Labuan not under Mazda Malaysia...

ok will ask him to confirm again lol. But Labuan Mazda is different company not bernas.

I think your sales rep need to send for re-training. Mazda 3 GVC model has been launched in April this year and it's CKD. There are no CBU Mazda 3 on sale now.

Yes it's CKD but not the GVC model with the button hand brake.

Yours is CBU or CKD?

Rather common problem on the mazda3, just submit your complaint to the SC when you go for servicing. Most likely culprits :

- no coil spring protector
- no bump stops on the struts

RM5000 rebate for a pre-facelift display unit car? Not a very good deal. You can get RM8K (maybe more) for pre-facelift non-GVC Mazda 3 now and they are not display units.

This is a known problem with the pre-facelift Mazda 3. The SC should be able to eliminate it as the solution is also known.

pre-face lift is the one without the HUD? my model has the pop out HUD. Well the total cost of the car is about RM105k after the rebate which is still 25k cheaper than West Malaysia so ok gua.

Pre-facelift has 2 models:
1. GL with base specs without the HUD.
2. HS with higher specs with the HUD

So you are getting the HS at RM105K. It's cheap compared to W. Malaysia but if you are in Labuan you should not be comparing with W. Malaysia where we pay obscene tax.

As mentioned above, all new Mazda 3s in Malaysia are CKD. No CBU version

should I proceed with my purchase then. Hmmmm. But is yours the face lifted version?

If you get a good deal, why not? But RM5K rebate for a pre-facelift display unit doesn't look very attractive. I would go for at least RM10K rebate and provided it is not used as a test drive car.

My friend got RM8K rebate for a pre-facelift Mazda 3 GL and it wasn't a display car.
