mayb massa got badly humiliated since sepang race....so kimi gv him some opportunity lor.. tongue.gif

I think you guys have forgotten that it was Massa that helped developed teh car, and not Kimi, thus he has the most knowledge on how to drive the car. the same can be said with Lewis and the McLaren. That's why both are faster than their teammates.
The problem here is Massa tends to make mistakes while Fernando drives intelligently, which is why Kimi and Fernando has the edge usually during race time.

yesterday night i wrote an e-mail to astro to complaint about the F1 commentators they are using and ask them to be replace with Martin Brundle and James Allen

just now astro called me and let me know they will ask their sport section to improve their commentators

i dun think there will be any difference

so guys, to all that are watching F1 through astro, please write an e-mail to complaint as well, hopefully the more people complaint, the more pressure there will be to replace their commentators

heheh... starsports is a channel not under the management of Astro. I think they are either British or European channel.

if we dun complaint, those existing astro F1 commentators must be thinking they are doing a great job

hopefully pressure from viewers and healthy criticism will bring to better commentary

RTM can give us Martin Brundle and James Allen, why not astro ?

i agree with you. If enough support, probably astro can air ITV race coverage on astro supersport channel (Channel 80)?

Bahrain hard to overtake...
Bcos all are slow corners... acceleration->braking->acceleration->braking... unlike others cuicuits... MSC shown last year too its impossible to overtake unless someone make mistakes...

Impossible is nothing, even Alonso got overtaken by Heidfeld and Coulthard overtook 12 cars

Kimi vs Alonso Comparative Onboard Lap Bahrain 2007

Look closely at the difference when they're taking the corners. Alonso seems to be using more steering compared to Kimi.

Nope, its because Alonso's very slow. If he races with his normal speed Heidfeld cant do much. But I quite happy with the face that he did laugh.gif

Kimi kept using his right hand (Massa too) to touch something below hmm.gif
So difficult to drive like that.

Last season also got this kind of comparisons...IMO both of them have similar driving styles.

Differ car is one thing, setup of the car is another such as camber and steering degrees.

Actually both of them have different driving styles. Alonso tends to use more of the corners than Kimi to gain a similar speed. Kimi on the other hand use to drive at a faster speed thru the corners but then not using much of the corners.. this is why Kimi's car looks as if its not turning much and looks a bit smooth when driving thru corners.

Heh, the McLaren have too much oversteer and understeer (rumour said that a light fell on the front wing the night before the race which make the car undriveable). Try comparing Lewis with Massa instead. Both are faster than Kimi and Fernando that day
