erm...actually atrix is a gud power supply...last time im using it to oc my opty 144 can go 2.9 stable..the vrail drop still acceptable...just maybe its not reliable

who else here owns a C2D X6800 extreme? im having difficulties stablizing it at 3.2 with minimal vcore..

another good thing bout this intel board is it's very stable and no double restart.. all my previous boards did double restart (ds3,ds4,dq6,biostar 965pt, asus p5b dlx, asus p5w dh dlx)..
and summore if overclocking fail, u just need to switch off psu for around 10secs then it will revert the bios back to default.

meaning automaticly back to default, or it will be left running burning the chip?

i really hate that double restart thing.
apparently, it doesnt occur in Abit boards and now Intel boards too.

Wanna ask about the c2d voltage, actually how high the voltage the proc can support? Or try the higher untill it burn? Actually i have try untill 1.79, the temperature grow up untill 75c: idle.

Got my Biostar 965PT today , used Gigabye b4. Frankly say 965PT looks'inferior' if compare with S3. Everything especially socket, North/south bridge sink and even the cable. All looks cheapo lol.
But this board comes with 2 yrs full warranty and hv good o'c interface
Will try to o'c it soon. Hope can get good result
