She apologised though, well she did mention only selected customers from Putrajaya, Selangor and KL but we all know if the address is at either one of these locations will get.

I activated my pin and cay CC by calling CS too but when I logged in AmOnline, the cards are already there (for the old cards). How do you know whether you need to manually add the new cards again since the CC numbers are the same?

CS told me I need to manually add those credit card detail into my saving account, perhaps I'm new card holder from Ambank. hmm.gif

The Temp PIN will send by SMS after few days once the card is active, and I have received 4 separately SMS for each card

No idea why no mail for me, maybe it has change to SMS type instead of mail for PIN number

There was a problem with the mailing of PIN....never received mine after 3 weeks....so they activated the cards on the phone and send the PIN as an SMS to the registered phone on the application form....

Before you activate the new card, do you have the old cards listed at your AmOnline?

I see, I guess the pin from the letter is valid too then.

This ambank very weird service. Last week call to set pin, told me I haven't activate card. True, I totally forgot but today called my wife say helping to activate. Since wife not principal, they called me and I hang up since I was playing mmorpg. New service? Scary shit.

not just ambank, i believe all other bank also the same..
any changes to supplementary need to be done by principal holder..

Not sure if you got what I was trying to say. Not complaining that supp account need principal to manage. I was saying why would bank call to help me activate my cards.

Same here, SMS and email. My card was stuck in pos laju and now at the branch. Still getting activation reminders.

Pos Laju just doesn't bother coming to the condo. I've got guards, management office, and people at home 24-7. I receive parcels from GDex, Skynet, Lazada Express, Ninja Van and everything else under the sun. But Pos Laju are LAZY.
