Hi guys, is the PPL access will be permanent?
I am thinking to apply Ambank world mastercard, but i rememebr it will end by end of Dec 2016.

also, is sub card also entitle for the PPL access for free as well?

Someone did mention that this facility has been extended till further notice. Try searching.

ppl access will be permanent....

the current concession is unlimited access without condition....till end of this year....it appears this has been extended, no new end date has been given....prior to this, you need to swipe 3 times overseas before/after entry...

it is doubtful if the concession will be permanent....they will either revert to previous conditions, or impose a limit on number of entries....

the access is available to all supplementary cards as well....

My card has been sent and returned TWICE already via Pos Laju. They asked me to go all the way to Cheras to collect. Forget it.

I asked them to retrieve it and I can collect from the Ambank branch near my house or office.

Really crazy.

I also faced issues with poslaju with my pin and pay card. I refused to collect at the counter and get Ambank to ensure that it is sent to my address.

Just received my AmBank Credit cards (New PIN and Pay cards), 4 separated of mails have sent.

Called CS to active all cards together and set the Telephone PIN.

The temporary PIN for transaction will be received by SMS within 3 days, need to change the PIN from ATM, but no other way can be done

In order to view the credit card transaction from online banking, you need to manually add all the cards together.

Sounds very troublesome, for me the RM was quite helpful in assisting me.

a bit slow the credit dept.... already received statement but card not yet received... maybe busy with renewal of atm card causing them over-busy..

For me I remember I manually did it via some link account function on online banking.... One by one.

add the cards online....into your internet banking....i had 10 cards to do that.....lol

It's an easy thing to do though. I did it for my supplementary card.

I felt add 4 cards already took me quite same time, you are holding 10 cards, 30 min to manually add all then

2 principals and 3 supps....each with a visa and mc....

AmBank finally agreed to extend the mobile promo of B1F1 to me. They have sent out the PIN to me... Let's see if I don't receive it I can call and ask for the PIN though I'm not sure why can't she just read to me over the phone...

Since I'm in overseas now on roaming, it is OK will do it when I go back. All sorted out.
