My thought as well and I will question them nicely when I call them. It's high time to check about my PIN & Pay cards. PIN already received but nobody has called me to collect cards from branch despite already received standard SMS.

Think my PIN & PAY card has been lost in the post / returned twice already. I keep telling them to mail drop instead of sending by stupid lazy Pos Laju (who never even shows up, never leaves a card, just return to office). Anyway, will just leave them to deal with it. Its the only bank who hasn't issued my new card yet.

I wanted to enquire about my PIN & Pay card which seems nowhere can be seen until today. Mine was supposedly branch collection and nobody from branch actually called to ask me to collect. They cannot expect us to walk-in everyday to check the status right?
Anyway, long story short, due to no collection, card was sent back to HQ on 28th Nov. Already asked them to send to my office this time before 15th Dec as I will be on year end leave from 16th Dec onward.

Second thing, I asked about the B1F1, the CS kept saying it is for selected customers. I asked why someone got written confirmation that it is due to our mailing address is not based in KL, Selangor and Penang? I said this is discrimination. As if we will not go to these places... In addition, they have record of my office address which clearly shows in KL... I already raised a dispute.

I got 2 cards with Ambank, and I have to collect the two PIN & PAY cards in different branch.
