I find it helpful to book overseas restaurants that dont have online reservation.
Didnt really try other services (hotel bookings, flight booking etc.) since we always can get better deal outside.

I did try request for some travel information from them but what I get are merely simple copy and paste from internet.
So far I only found that the restaurant booking service is helpful.
There are also some restaurants offer some promo on booking via Visa/WMC concierge service.

I notice the one printed on the E-statement is "Ambank loyalty points", did I miss out any carz points, never mind, shall get CS to answer these.

Hahaha, even if it is Ambank Point, there are not many merchandise items that look attractive, maybe vouchers are more useful.

Hi, anyone claim from the free travel insurance from ambank credit card before? some airline will compensate us for luggage delay, can we reject it and instead claim from ambank credit card free travel insurance?

I believe your air ticket has to be purchased with their CC to be eligible.

and it only covers the principal card holder, not everyone if you purchased the flight ticket for your friends or family under the same booking.
