I saw on the website for the Wolrd Master Card (https://www.ambank.com.my/eng/cards/worldmaster) "Airline Miles conversion at over 50 airlines partners."

But when I look at the redemption form, they only list Asiamiles, Krisflyer and  Enrich Miles. What gives? Is it possible to convert to other miles? And if so what are the rates?

Hi, anyone claim from the free travel insurance from ambank credit card before? some airline will compensate us for luggage delay, can we reject it and instead claim from ambank credit card free travel insurance?

Worldmaster credit card can claim RM3000 for delayed luggage
SECTION 4: LUGGAGE DELAYED EXPENSES
We will reimburse the Insured Person (s) up to the limit of indemnity under Part 2-Schedule of Benefits under Section 4, for
reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in respect of emergency purchases of essential items of clothing or requisites
consequent upon the checked-in luggage is not delivered to the Insured Person (s) for at least six (6) hours from the time of
arrival of Your destination.

Exclusion applicable to Section 4
a) Baggage delay not immediately reported to the Carrier.
b) Baggage delay which You have received compensation from the Carrier.
c) Baggage delay on Your return journey to Malaysia.
d) Any purchases made after You have received Your baggage.

I am new-to-bank customer, applied for Visa Platinum and Bonuslink credit card at the same time. They refused to give me 10,000 Bonuslink points as my Visa Platinum was approved one day before the Bonuslink card. They claimed that I am not new-to bank anymore hence not getting 10,000 Bonuslink points

Anyone encountered this before?
