My friend's recent visit updated that once you had utilised your access, during your second access to PPL (in the same day), you will be informed that you have no free quota. The worst is the "one day" is not based on calendar, but 24 hours between your visit to PPL (subject to confirmation & validation) when was this new t&c implemented? i went during early May and can still use one card to access two lounges in the same day.
