Would like to check if anyone has experienced to book a hotel through AmBank Entertainer ?

I have refer to hotel rule and try to book a room, requested by email sent a few days ago, only received notification email but still pending from their reply to be confirm, if anyone know what is their procedure ??

I'm going to apply for the Platinum Card. However, I'm wondering:

Now I'm holding a credit card (and only 1 card I own now) of another bank with a credit limit of 5 times of my monthly salary (excluding installment limit). Will this condition affect my card application to Ambank i.e. very likely to be rejected?

Is there anyone here who can share his similar experience?

Bank will mostly look at your repayment record thru ccris / ctos . If your record is clean and your annual income meet 48k per year , i think there will be no issues of approval.

possible to request for cc yearly statement?
I remember certain banks will send the yearly/annual statement in jan

By the way, just tried spending on both cards, and the exchange rate of WMC is much better than VI !

As for Complimentary Hilton Premium Club Membership Card, tried fax over the application few times, not response. Anybody get that?

I think Hilton having a shortage on the membership cards, coz my aunty tried to apply for the same membership, but they ran out of stock or something, eventually she got it, but that was a few weeks later. But this is the actual paid version of the Hilton premium membership, not the complimentary one from Ambank.

VS never had free unlimited since the swipe 3x was removed.
VS is 5x access only.

Used my Ambank WMC at Starbucks today and they kept insisting the discount was only 10%. Had to show them the web page showing 15%. Was very irritated as they kept arguing with me and people were waiting behind me.

This is the Pantai Hospital Bangsar branch.

So far I went for different Starbucks, they all know that Platinum level and above will be entitled for 15% discount.

Even they are not sure, there have booklet for them to refer, experienced few times

Yes, when I refused to move and kept waving the website details at them, they called their supervisor who was not at the counter, who confirmed the 15% and kept apologising.

I had ambank visa signature on hand (got it 1 mth ago). Now applied for Islamic Visa Signature and got rejected.
