wallau, when u gonna to travel? minimum process is 10 days...if request another doc another 10 days hahahaha
maybe based on luck below then 5 days...CNY confirm faster unless they gone for CNY holiday mah biggrin.gif

I don't think they request another doc if you are an existing CC within the same bank...Same goes to maybank...

They not provide any reason. Just read my apps status only on her screen pc and full stop.
Like no point to talk with them maybe their standard procedure

Another funny conversation with CS just now:

Me: I get the information via another CS that my principle card was approved but supplement is pending.
      Can you help to check if I can collect via branch?
CS: In system only can see pending. Who told you can collect?

Me: Can you help to check previous CS record, she should have the information you need.
CS: Can not check lah

Me: Can you help to update the address or put comment in the application? Because I will be going overseas.
CS: We only send to the address you put in the application.

CS: Where you stay lah?
Me: Penang, do you want my full address?
CS: Oh... Penang...You know lah, our credit card processing 2-3 weeks. The only thing you can do is wait. (Change Topic)

Me: Can I speak to another person?
CS: Now is CNY, long holiday... you call again after CNY lah (Change Topic again)
Me: Ok. Bye.
I also don't know why separate approval... In the application I remember I put share the same limit.
I thought usually bank use courier which should be reaching in 1-2 days within Malaysia.

My VS is approved...but applied for VI...
I call CS back request to change from VS to VI else wanna cancel my application.
Because I have another VS from diff bank..
Apply VI only purpose to enter many times for PPL..

Yes my annual is exceeded then the min requirement but not sure whether the sales person in charge probably thick wrongly CC product in the application form.
CS also admitted and re-escalate back to the mgmt.

Checking thru phone system is only knows the status approved, cancel or rejected.
If you need more detail, either you received the email or call the CS for more detail about the card type.

I tried to pay ambank credit card from maybank2u instant transfer (ibft) transaction declined...

Does anyone got same case like me?

Yes i just called CS, you are right...ambank cc doesn't support IBFT only a normal giro transfer is supported.
I have no problem for sitibeng...there's pros n cons with different bank services.
