Hi all sifus out there, if working near commonwealth MRT area, which place is the most strategic place to stay? Any chances to find a single room within 400?

How come everyone's room seem to be less than 1000. Mine is 1000 in pasir ris.

I think the chances to find a single private room for 400 is even lower than the chances of hitting the lottery.
Unless you share room or you know the owner very well, that price is somewhat impossible in my opinion.
The best I could find also is about 500 without AC.
Why so low? With your EP Pass, your pay should be able to easily cover 600-700 rental.

a little expensive. and condo room is much smaller than hdb. will find for other alternative.
