And I'm paying 189.75 with GST for 30Mbps... Can really threaten them when your contract finishes.

how fast will they cover any incident like slow internet speed? I'm on 30mbps package but only got 7-8mbps only when speedtesting.. i called them this morning, but still slow until now....haihhhhhh

Does anyone have issues captcha not showing up? I've also tried different browser and resetting router with different public IP and still the same result.
The captcha only show up if you go beyond 100wpm for the first time.

received call to free upgrade from vip10 to adv30. still paying rm179 b4 gst. they are giving aneka pack and free call. is it worth to take this offer?

Just take it lo. You are already paying this amount and now get thrice the speed, why not? Published price is 199 before GST.

Yes but very few got at 169. Chances for you to get might be lower because you are already paying more than that, TM will not make you pay lesser. tongue.gif

I'm also paying 179 excludes GST for 30Mbps.

I remember I read somewhere that those who got the RM169 offer is only for 2 years, thereafter revert to RM199. Unlike RM179 which is perpetual.

Can someone confirm?

On what basis TM decides when to suspend Unifi account?
Is it once it reaches Credit Limit, or after a missed 1 or 2 payments ?

Usually 2/3 weeks after payment due date. 1 missed payment is all it takes. Nothing to do with the credit limit.

Yes, confirm. After 2 years it'll revert back to RM 199.
RM 169 doesn't include phone calls. It's PAYU now.

tm personnel just come to my house...the problem is on the router (dlink-850l) and now they change to old innatech router.. cry.gif cry.gif

guys. just got the 30mbps installed. but my speedtest (mobile and desktop) both getting max 17-18 (instead of 30). is this normal?
