If you have more than 3-4 users, where they stream constantly, downloading, torrent, watching online, games, then its obviously no brainer to get the 30mb.

If you find current utilization fulfills, then I guess you could remain unless you have extra cash to burn...hahaha

Then it is your router problem.

I upgraded from 5Mbps to 10Mbps and now 30Mbps. Not sharing with anyone, using it by myself.

got only 2 laptops using it. other are all mobile devices. only do streaming and downloading. games not so much for online games.

Actually first thing first, you could call TM to reset your port. If it is still happening, please ask them to send a technician to check your connection.

You can complain if the speed is 80% and below the promised speed. Go ahead and lodge a report.

You can call 100 to ask TM to reset your port 1st, if the problem still exist then you call ask TM to send a technician to your house to check.

Yup they resetted my port several times and asked me to reboot everything several times. Yet still the same. Depending on the time of the day, max i can get usually less than 15-16Mbps down.

Then insist them to get a technician to come over to your house and if you are lucky, they will replace your equipment.

This already shows that it is your equipment's fault. I am a UniFi user also, since mine doesn't has that problem so probably iyourt is equipment's problem. Also, it will never be the fiber optic cable's fault as its age can stand for 15years++. Only the equipments that TM provided you has a very short age, which is 3-5 years only.

depends on what kind of user you are, during we use streamyx with 12-13 people connecting at the same time is like waiting for 56kbps dialing connect and disconnect. no more worry during raining like before. my streamyx line is like no connection at all during raining because of the underground cable and copper line to my house..my telephone line is stuck with cracking noise also. u want to use or not u will get hypptv with basic pack.

yup...I got my line upgrade from 384 to 1Mbps and upgrade to 50Mbps and now using 100Mbps. during weekdays I use it alone.

But ridiculous for them to calculate this way only for the 30mbps plan while others are seeing the correct mbps reading in speedtest according to their plan. e.g. 50mbps, 100mbps.

Use this website to check your capped data rate.. 1100000Kbps for me.
Go to website, go to Downloading, download any choice 1mb file works too.

anyone feel slow on downloading thing from dropbox?

just noticed i cant get my emails - also cant reach many euro and us sites (www.spiegel.de/international/ doesnt load). looks like unifi issue. when i switch to digi all works fine. anyone else has issues?

i get 13000000 kbps. on 30mbps package. smells something wrong. they wrongly capped my line?

I'm also having this issue though I'm on Streamyx. I also cannot access us.battle.net or eu.battle.net.

same battle.net doesnt load at all either. i get a timeout and that is all.

yep cant get in battlenet website or client

yeah have problem connecting to euro servers.
