If it is still happening, please ask them to send a technician to check your connection. You can complain if the speed is 80% and below the promised speed. Go ahead and lodge a report.

Yup they resetted my port several times and asked me to reboot everything several times. Yet still the same. Depending on the time of the day, max i can get usually less than 15-16Mbps down.

I am a UniFi user also, since mine doesn't has that problem so probably iyourt is equipment's problem. Also, it will never be the fiber optic cable's fault as its age can stand for 15years++. (reliability, system down etc) depends on what kind of user you are, during we use streamyx with 12-13 people connecting at the same time is like waiting for 56kbps dialing connect and disconnect. no more worry during raining like before. my streamyx line is like no connection at all during raining because of the underground cable and copper line to my house..my telephone line is stuck with cracking noise also. u want to use or not u will get hypptv with basic pack. just noticed i cant get my emails - also cant reach many euro and us sites (www.spiegel.de/international/ doesnt load). looks like unifi issue. when i switch to digi all works fine. anyone else has issues?

I'm also having this issue though I'm on Streamyx. I also cannot access us.battle.net or eu.battle.net.

same battle.net doesnt load at all either. i get a timeout and that is all.
