Where are you though? Have you restarted your router? If everything else fails, probably you will need to call TM to reset your port.

This is mine while I'm actively streaming my shows using the Android box.

Accurate for some while not for some.
Mine is not accurate when my contract should be refreshed last year after I upgraded to 30Mbps but it still captured as 2014 when I upgraded to VIP10. So, it is not accurate.
CS will have your information, if you want to know, you can check with them.

Anyone get SMS that order ID is complete today? It's seems like my package was upgraded from VIP5 to VIP10 automatically, without phone call or any notification prior to this.

A question here, I saw there are a unifi special discount rm50 on occ site, does that mean that I'm still paying the same (rm199-50) + GST every month?

Yes, a lot already got free upgrade.
No worries, still paying RM 149 for VIP10 and contract is not refreshed too. biggrin.gif

I'm on unifi 10mbps rm199 package. Haven't upgrade to 30mbps yet.

Juz want to ask. Is it worth to switch to Maxis Fibre 10mbps? I saw the price is cheaper and i'm a Maxis One subscriber so got promo.

For me, to switch, i would want a stable, reliable, and problem free network for home usage like my unifi rite now. Only me and wifey are using it and occassionally, family comes along and stay at our house n use it too.

So is it worth to switch? Juz dont want to face any pblms if change. Later, regret and cannot get out of contract. Any advise appreciated. Tq

Yes, already reported earlier and I have the same problem too. Every now and then, TM will have issues with Apps Store. bangwall.gif

Maybe you should ask in Maxis Fibre thread, I'm quite sure some of them could have from UniFi previously.

yeah it has been a few times already this month. tm need to take this seriously since software downloading/updating is part of daily use.
