Hye everyone.
I am using unifi 10 mbps and paying rm210.95 including gst monthly. I started using on 1 may 2014 so my contract is finish.
I want to know is there a cheaper package that i can downgrade to becoz its hitting me hard in my wallet rite now. My in laws subscribe to unifi 5mbps rm160 including gst after me. I want to take that package but i can't find anything about it on d unifi website. Is d package no more?
Please help advise me. Very appreciated. Tq

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 30 2016, 01:14 PM) Too late di, now their cheapest package is RM199 not including GST. Unless you live in condo, then TIME etc. would be good. It may be possible if you know someone on cheaper package to transfer their account to your home. A lot of hassle though. Alternatively look at maxis (go read complaints in this forum first). Or just reapply new packages, pay same price, get new devices, and speed up to 30. Suspect you more interested in saving money though.... can't really help that one. Well if there isn't a cheaper option, I'd rather be paying what i am right now but getting the high speed that others are getting too. How can i upgrade my speed? Can i call them or should i go to TM Point?

I'm on unifi 10mbps rm199 package. Haven't upgrade to 30mbps yet.
Juz want to ask. Is it worth to switch to Maxis Fibre 10mbps? I saw the price is cheaper and i'm a Maxis One subscriber so got promo.
For me, to switch, i would want a stable, reliable, and problem free network for home usage like my unifi rite now. Only me and wifey are using it and occassionally, family comes along and stay at our house n use it too.
So is it worth to switch? Juz dont want to face any pblms if change. Later, regret and cannot get out of contract. Any advise appreciated. Tq

QUOTE(g88 @ Sep 1 2016, 05:48 PM) Thanks. Just called. Let me just say my package again. I am on 10mbps paying RM199 before GST. The package that I am on includes HyppTV Mega Pack that costs RM50. Just now i wanted to upgrade to 30mbps, the person say can but my price would RM219 before GST. The reason was because I have MegaPack. I told her take away my MegaPack, just give me normal basic pack for HyppTv, she say dont have basic pack which I know is BS coz my in-laws have the basic pack. Anyone have any suggestions to help?

QUOTE(raynman @ Sep 1 2016, 06:18 PM) They don't want you to pay less for an upgrade. I want to pay the same as those who are on 30mbps. Thanks for the suggestions. Will call them again tomorrow.
