Today TM unify send me a new power adapter, can I know what is the function of it? Should I change the new adapter ?

Unifi VIP 5 have problem connect to apple appstore and apple server. Normal when using iPhone and iPad. Problem only occur when downloading app and software update. Why ? Help :'(
