if you are not qualified for the guarantee incentive.
if you are qualified, then grab will pay you the incentive instead.

you cannot get both.

normal hour Grab fare really too low alrdy after price reduction, I check the same journey between GrabCar and GrabHitch, GrabCar earn RM13, GrabHitch earn RM11, but GC only earn net RM10.4 after deduct commission.
