How do GrabCar drivers get reimbursed for toll charges?
For riders who pay in cash, I know that we top up the toll charge on the fare payable by riders. But for GrabPay (ie credit card) riders, do we request them to reimburse us in cash after the trip? |

the number of jobs for incentive during Peak hours is count by pick up time or drop off time? I know that busy area calculation is based on pick up location rather than drop off location, but what about job count?

for incentive top up, i need to email them to get detail breakdown of how to arrive at that amount? will they send me anything without me requesting?
And how to cash out when its credited into our credit instead of cash balance? |

what's the use of getting incentive when you can't cash it out cuz its credited into the credit wallet? If the incentive I earn is less than RM150, then I can't cash out. What for I need so much Credit for? I'd need to drive to get RM750 fare only can utilised RM150.

normal hour Grab fare really too low alrdy after price reduction, I check the same journey between GrabCar and GrabHitch, GrabCar earn RM13, GrabHitch earn RM11, but GC only earn net RM10.4 after deduct commission.
