How do GrabCar drivers get reimbursed for toll charges?

For riders who pay in cash, I know that we top up the toll charge on the fare payable by riders.

But for GrabPay (ie credit card) riders, do we request them to reimburse us in cash after the trip?
*
You can add toll charge for grabpay on payment section after the trip.

double edged sword, good cuz no more grey area, bad cuz operating cost will increase but fare might not, thus lower net income.

Bad news for the partimers.....

Recently the fares is way too small.... last time airport job is nice to earn now..... selling like cheap cake..... some more empty car back to KL.... past by cyberjaya otw back.. job done in there then don't count in.....

1 hours 3 jobs ???? xiao... for each ride already spend 7~8 minutes to reach exact location, then wait them board another 5 minutes then send them to destination closest also need 10 minutes... then wait the next one ....

they think all ppl wait for grab at pick up location ?

each ride need at least 25 minutes

too much......

they reduce fare increase volume = eating uber market at driver exp and time then they just seat there getting 20%

What r u talking about lol. Grab have better incentive compare with Uber. Check the link below.
It is not a must to pick 3 passenger within an hour. 1 is enough and incentive apply.

You are damn correct Hahagang.

The grab incentives structure is getting bad to worse lately. I think this week grabbies can forget their incentives...basically if you do full swing also may not getting RM400 in incentive payout.

Basically this week I'll skip the ultra peak hours and concentrate on normal bonus hours. No point of getting so little for waking up early in the morning and get stuck in the traffic. Either I'll do uber in the ultra peak session because uber u may get higher surcharge. This could be my Uber week instead of Grab.

Sometimes, I really wonder that guy or gal who set the incentives scheme really have brain or not? One thing for sure, he or she will not survive as a driver.
