they reply my email said the cancellation is higher than 10% so i am not eligible to get incentives.
I reply i am a regular driver not the first day on the road. I am ensure all the criteria is on the line only i would able to get the incentives. see what their reply later. this is really not a good ideal as grab didn't provide a very clear report for week by week report. Still many loophole for grab to hanky panky on our hard earn money |

Experience is GRAB apps is not really updated on the percentage shown in the apps.
Grab record and apps shown is different. Inilah headache. have to ensure u are not on the redline. |

Ya.. I suggest all of u to do screenshot on Sunday after offline to keep it as a prove to argue with grab for the incentive issue. Because this thing is frequently happen.
I dont think GRAB will entertain me as I didnt screenshot for a solid fact to prove. WTF waste a week. |

Why my incentive credited 2 times?
The first is rm75.00 at 11 october. The second is rm120.80 today. Fyi, my account just activated last week wednesday, start driving at friday afternoon, saturday and sunday full day. |
