Went to SESC at Cheras to check on my battery. Not much help.

I asked, "is this battery ori and distributed by authorized dealer?" The person working there says, "ada itu midland sticker maka ori ler..."

I think I'll take some time off work and go to the SESC at Berjaya.

That was what I'm trying to say, they just look at the sticker. I hope the Midland folks will reply my email or anyone can go to Midland to ask, your help is pretty much appreciated. That's all I can do from my end.

For your information post offices have a yellow box for pos express envelopes. Also, pos express envelopes can be bought in advance. I always keep extra envelopes at home therefore there is no point for me to delay your item

And why do i not have this problem when i use pos express? I use it to send important documents because its cheaper and reliable.

1. I dont see what cost she would incurr to be frankly honest. All she has to do is take one set to the SEC (which i agree rendered useless) and then confirm the battery. She can just return the set to the supplier.

2. I think he already explicitly mentioned he did (edit: want to) go and its a public holiday that the SEC are closed?

If you want to prove your innocence, i dont see any difficulty just snapping a sample of your handwritting. but since you're acting sooo defensive, i just rest my case. People who reads this thread would see where this is going for you unfortunately.

Causing you alot of pain and hurt im sorry for that. but this is reality in business life. If you can't fulfill your promises, then don't do business. If you're a supplier and you promise to supply goods to your customer on a given date and its delivered late....do you think your customers would just close their eyes and say "its ok" because your sobbing and crying or "hurt and pain" as you might put it? I dont think so. Im not happy neither am i proud im just settling a dispute here. Harsh words, well you left me no choice but to use them and for that im sorry.

Things could haev been settled much peacefully and comfortably if you had started your explanation on a proper tone. But the matter is you did not and instead tried turning tables around.
