That is too bad for me because you offered me the miniSD in PM. And i think the price is right and I saw that you got good feedbacks. so i just bank in for you and wait for your shipment. So this consider my mistake, I will let it pass.

You never give me any reply after i banked in and PM you my address. 5 days after my bank in date, the item I purchase still haven't reach my doorstep. I requested the tracking ID, you only gave me the wrong tracking ID. Now its already more than 2 weeks from my bank in date and myself already got a miniSD at local store while your stuff have not reach my door step.

From what i think, a responsible seller should inform the customers who is still on deal if he/she will not be available for certain period. Not everyone is free enough to browse through your topic everyday.

Sorry but i personally think that you are not aware of your deal with your customer, not a responsible seller. This is my first deal with you and...  doh.gif

just FYI , the person who ships it wouldnt know if you had received it or not . if its lost , you think poslaju will have records that they lost it ? doh.gif

so its actually not her fault . its more of your fault cause you were not able to contact her to let her know about your problem

and for u...as our dealer??.. what u do??.. just wait until we give u feedback from the SESC??.. let me suggest u something clareen.... why dont u take 1 midland k800i set with the same battery that we've already post here... and go check with the SESC too... but i prefer u go to midland and check it... b'cuz, the SESC have 3 authorize dealer, so, i dont think that they can clarify the battery is original midland or not... but i do believe that Midland can identify it for sure...

so now u try to wasting our time to go to SESC?..
we already wasted our time to check it and compare to others midland users, and also to post up the pictures as the prove... and u, just asking us to waste our time some more??
why dont u do the same thing??

1. she deals with phones for profit , so you expect her to get 1 set midland k800 just to prove to you that its original ? thne after that ? if its original or fake also , who's going to absorb the costs of your curiosity ?
2. u waste your time compare with other people for what ? why didnt you just go to the service centre straight to check ?

EXACTLY. There are news all around The Star news paper and you can might as well use this as an excuse.I wonder if you have read the terms and condition of the Pos Express yourself. And why do i not have this problem when i use pos express? I use it to send important documents because its cheaper and reliable.

1. I dont see what cost she would incurr to be frankly honest. All she has to do is take one set to the SEC (which i agree rendered useless) and then confirm the battery. She can just return the set  to the supplier.

2. I think he already explicitly mentioned he did go and its a public holiday that the SEC are closed?

1. but now does she have one midland unit in her hands ? no . if she asks for yours to verify will you give ? no .

2. well , he checked with other midland users BEFORE the holiday

1. i praise your intelligence for trying to read people's mind. If she wants to check using my battery i really see no reason why i should reject. It would just be infact better for clarrification. 2ndly, obviously she wouldnt haev one set in her hands but she can easily OBTAIN one when working day starts as normal.

Edit: letme throw back one question back at you...is SEC open NOW? since u asked if she have one midland set NOW. =)

2. the suggestion of going to SEC was only PROPOSED today. Do you hav anything else to say? if nothin constructive, i thank you for your time in this thread.

1. based on your bashing now , it would be obious even if i didnt ask . last i checked , she does this part time , so every set that she would be getting would have to be paid for , so ? u paying ?

2. well , if its proposed today , then dont complain that you're wasting your time , cause its like blaming your intellectual skills for not telling you about it any earlier

dear mr zx7177,
could u just stay off from this thread as it not even related to u..
let clareen defend herself... r u have some kind of family relationship with her??..

1.i dont ask her to buy the phone from her supplier.. just borrow mahh... is it too hard to do as she deal with her supplier everyday i guess...
2.because i rather compare it first here than go to SESC and yet, they tell me that my battery is not original midland.... fyi, i really want to to SESC today.

feeling threatened ? well , maybe then next time you'll also chck before blaming other people for something that you do not know about , just like the IMEI issue which you happily fired before even clarifying it

well , like you said , its not related to me , but like the police , are the issues they're solving related to them ? i guess not
