They will have a hard time selling it, wonder why people want to buy condo here, most of the buyers chose here because of landed houses.

Se Ruang has already created traffic lately, to exit the roundabout and waiting time at the traffic light is much longer now.

What happened to Santuary Mall? Seems like they shut down with some plan? Of course, they put on ads saying Jaya Grocer will come in soon. But how about other tenants?

because they want to tap into jenjarom and banting new middle class that works in kl but still want to be close to hometown. You'd be surprise ration of them at parque.

It's definitely moving. Sales wise I'm almost certain all the linked homes are sold out, garden homes maybe have some stragglers here and there.

Construction wise it's still moving from what I see everyday

Some updates in Rimbayu:
1. Uptown seems completing soon and will be VP soon
2. Avela is progressing well with many rows seems completed
3. Land clearing in progress in promenade (commercial shop lots) site
4. Land clearing in progress on the land behind club house/ Starbucks, could it be another Strata project?

On top of newly launched Ancubic commercial projects & quayside square, Eco sanctuary just introduced another high rise project (seems to be somewhere near sanctuary mall) - Ruma office suites

J&T progress seems to be moving as well, they've added a new electric tower that crosses over SKVE giving massive jams everyday because the crane takes up two lanes (even after expansion). Sanctuary mall is still ded, shame

None of this helps traffic jam but will only make it much worse. Developers continue to build and build while the problem is suffocating the residents.

Last night and today 10am, the traffic lights outside the Rimbayu main entrance kaput. Jam for 20-25 mins.

Stupid traffic lights always faulty. Plus, no way to U turn once on Persiaran Rimbayu.

This morning I was stuck outside Shell for 25 mins.

Why the Big 4 Developer at here want to solve the traffic problem if their sales of property are not affected ?

you mean the developer not care much about traffic condition there but I see people still buy the property rclxub.gif

I did ask developer and I was informed that some minor upgrade along Jalan Kampung Lombong and Jalan Kebun was completed recently and flyover in Bandar Saujana Putra is expected to be completed in 2024 will help to reduce traffic.
Not sure how far its true hmm.gif
