Dont be so naive rimbayu will become another puchong or PJ in next 20 years. Rimbayu was built since 2014 and now already 10 years.
Also, ethnic is one of the problem also ( i am no racist).
Puchong/PJ area are mostly by chinese and that why it is so happening.
However, The rimbayu are surrounding by the "kampung area" (BSP, Jalan Kebun, TPG,kampung lombong), so, the development will be limited.
it is because the shoplot business in rimbayu is not only focus on the resident in rimbayu, they also rely from surrounding resident "kampung area" as well. So, the business nature/price range must be cater from them also
i believe, it will become another Shah Alam only for another 20 years.
Remark - Shah alam is happening? then it is really depend on your personal thought

Yes correct, but the definition of "happening" of township are the shops or facility are cater to all ethnic instead of single ethnic. Legal pub still needed
But in rimbayu, it is so difficult coz of the surround "Kampung area"
You can saw the few pub cannot sustain in this area, so it is the sign which it is hard to "happening"

absolutely wrong. it is because ppl cannot afford the housing price at that area based on house size. Or personal reason (Near work location? Near parent house?)
At rimbayu, cheap cheap , big big, and new design of house some more. Who will stay at rimbayu if everything is same with PJ? Don't be kidding.

Yes, people move to rimbayu is not cuz they don't want this area seem like PJ or Puchong. Is cuz they cannot afford the house price/personal reason at PJ/Puchong.
If the house size/design/price same with PJ. Would you move to rimbayu?

In conclusion - why choose rimbayu ?
no budget = 70%
other reason =30%

of course. The mind set of the ppl in KK and RIMBAYU are the same. They wouldn't spend money and time to shopping nearby their resident area even though it is same shop, same thing and same price.
They rather go to far far away , etc the Sunway Pyramid and they thought it is more "ATAS".

The resident at rimbayu thought that developer will resolve the traffic issue also really naive.
Coz this project is too complicated and it is not only involve bandaraya Kuala Langat. It is is involve bandaraya Klang and Shah Alam as well...
The land under bandaraya Shah Alam is Malay reserve land (kampung lombong)
The land under bandaraya Klang is agriculture land. (Jalan Kebun, TPG)
Do you think they will agree for commercial purpose?

The project originally is own by Tropicana, but they sell to Ancubic . Do you think they will sell out the project if it is beneficial ? Of course, Tropicana feel something wrong then they only sell out the project...
