Also, ethnic is one of the problem also ( i am no racist).
Puchong/PJ area are mostly by chinese and that why it is so happening.
However, The rimbayu are surrounding by the "kampung area" (BSP, Jalan Kebun, TPG,kampung lombong), so, the development will be limited.
it is because the shoplot business in rimbayu is not only focus on the resident in rimbayu, they also rely from surrounding resident "kampung area" as well. So, the business nature/price range must be cater from them also
i believe, it will become another Shah Alam only for another 20 years.
Remark - Shah alam is happening? then it is really depend on your personal thought
