All the access Rimbayu built only benefits other people, like Banting, Kebun.

Open route for them to come into Rimbayu but never plan exit.

Everyone else is benefiting from Rimbayu’s genius road design except for the residents here.

To be fair, Rimbayu didn't build anything. They just latch to the existing infrastructure and other people had to do the upgrade because of the jam they caused

At most they build is the link road to the traffic light to Gamuda 257 and Jalan Kebun

The resident at Kg Lombong, Jalan Kebun and BSP thank to the rimbayu project.
It is really bring a lot of convenient, also their land or house become more valuable coz of the exist of rimbayu.

resident at rimbayu pay the fee but resident surrounding there enjoy the facilities..

I think a lot of BSP residence despise Rimbayu as MPKL always sided with rimbayu traffic(plan to close familymart bsp junction) cost SP3/SP2/SP1 headache.

In conclusion the only one that is very happy is the developer.

Correct, but the resident at rimbayu "pay" for it but the park occupied by other ppl.
it is part of the cost when resident own the unit at rimbayu.
Developer just using resident's money to build the park.

This is quite normal. Elmina parks and Gamuda Gardens park also public park. Benefit the surrounding existing townships folks

People come to Rimbayu then leave via BSP or KK isn’t feasible…. Creating double township jam…

IF they are from surrounding like BSP and KK, then back to BSP / KK is where they would.

Then back to the original issue, this township basically benefits nearby communities rather than own residents.

They must have a proper planning, big four developers here add up in term of acres is double of kota kemuning but they are asking residents here to piggyback Kota Kemuning forever?

KK itself is already suffering now they need to spare the road to a township double their size.

If Cove can build a private toll to elite + flyover to cyber, I don’t see why Rimbayu can’t, they just don’t want to.

I think you or someone else mentioned repeatedly, if the sales still jalan, then there is no motivation for them to improve the connectivity. So it is up to bandaraya kuala langat to resolve the congestion problem which indeed got some progress, the planned flyover etc

If we think like this…we also use the road, shops, and some use the park of KK.
So also not fair to them?

Going into Rimbayu was fine.

Going out was horror.

Not sure what's the reason though.

Prolly cos everyone wants to go to quayside mall? Haha

High time they make more roads into Rimbayu or flyover
