I assume more j&t trucks will pass through from saujana toll? since the gate after lombong junction barred tall vehicles from coming in.

Rumours says that rimbayu or g257 might build a road to connect from Amber residences towards the rimbayu mcd/uptown/u2 area. Dunno how true.

Do rmb that at saujana bulatan there's a similar logistic centre operated by city link. So even more trucks traffic routing to saujana skve exit.

There's another plot of land near uptown designated to be perodua sales and service centre. If not mistaken its in front of the roundabout, next to rimbayu mcd, behind will be j&t

If this is finally realised, then rimbayu will have direct access to SKVE

but another paragraph in that article states this

Maybe from the developer, they just wanted to build on the success/advertise on kota kemuning. Kota kemuning was still built by gamuda after all.

Ya and they price it at least 100k higher than subsale.
But people will still buy ~1mil houses because of relatively lower entry cost compared to subsale. Eg discounted/free mot, discount for down-payment, freebies etc

How many will be able to pay the down-payment of 80-100k for a subsale property this area.

they still have few plots of landbank in rimbayu
some are gazetted to be schools/mosque
depending on sales, residential plots maybe converted to commercial zones if the latter is of much demand

again these projects are cheaper to launch than building a better road networks for the traffic in the vicinity

those proposed links or flyovers so far mmg no new plans/progress, especially after state election.
