Been hearing this flyover since a decade ago, when I bought this house, I wasn’t familiar with this area, saw the brochure showing “proposed” flyover.

True enough, till today still “propose”, can’t blame them, gotta blame the dumb self….

Aside from the highway construction, WCE also has an agreement with PNB Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB), for another construction project in Banting.

PNB Development is the master developer of the Kota Seri Langat township in Banting, Selangor. It plans to build an interchange from the township to the WCE.

“They want access to our highway. So, we are building an inter-change for them. We are also involved in the construction works,” he said.

Are you staying there currently ? Sounds like not ?

2 highways that are directly next to rimbayu, SKVE and WCE.

As of now I don’t see any solid answers on direct connectivity.

Back to rimbayu, whichever roads they built benefits people from Banting and Kebun citizens the most.

In the morning Banting Sri cheeding bridge will have queue to come in rimbayu to exit somewhere.

Tropicana area will have queue from Kebun to enter the township to exit somewhere again.

Whereas those access are hardly usable by rimbayu folks.

Kudos to developers for opening up those access but hope they will just open 1 direct access to any of the highway.

Not sure you guys smell a disgusting smell like burning plastic during mid night around Rimbayu? Some time start from 11pm some time 12am, quite frequently these days.

More like firecrackers every weekend or holidays. Dunno which idiot kept wasting money here and there. Perhaps a firecracker supplier living nearby?

No it was not a smell of firecrackers, the bad and toxic smells like burning plastic.

Open burning from recycling company(Johan Setia), recently very serious. Well known issue, previous YBY tried to stop but in vain.

Depending on the wind direction, KK/Hicom/Klang/Kebun/BSP/USJ all affected.

As of now nobody… in fact we will only hear flyover during election, used to be BN singing that, now is our friend 😅😅😅

It is a nice township, but unfortunately it will only get worst with so many new project going to VP soon haha. The road ain’t getting bigger but more families are moving in.

Would it be better to move to Bukit Sangat Untung or Batang ini Kali lah to avoid the road congestion problem?

I am not sure the owners here are even registered to vote in this area. From the last election, the MP for this area is from P*S.
