Rimbayu agent said only last 6 piece of landed residential property remaining
5 of it stratified property.

travelling is much shorter compare to 9am ~ 6pm.

Btw just saw from gamuda official website, finally there is an upcoming flyover from Persiaran Anggerik Mokara to KESAS, what a good news! Hope those developers continue improving the traffic

I visited AI , Rimbayu and TA before purchase my unit
and choose Rimbayu.

AI house quality is great but everyday in and out require toll payment.
TA house have no gate and it might problem for pet owner.

Besides, around this area only Telok panglima side allow entertainment like pub & bistro and Cinema.

1 way to office took around 1 hour and 15min

After relocate to Sunway branch and still took her almost an hour.

Luckily her company allow to continue WFH alternate week.

I believe Rimbayu area will turn into regional hub of everything (Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Entertainment).
IJM's play is built Rimbayu like Setia Alam since land size in Rimbayu is huge.

Glenmarie couldn't do that because of limited space.
Bandar Kinrara couldn't do that because of none unified township planning as multiple developer over there.

IJM's Rimbayu play is a full function self-sustainable township (only lacking shopping mall and let's see any mall will pop-up at Commercial land)

Both just next to each other only and we may use that route to go Puchong

a programmer with 5 year experience could easily get more than RM10k salary in Klang Valley.

Double income family are able to loan for property more than 1m as long as both salary higher than RM6k monthly.

Price slightly lower only compare to Wynkids and other preschool.
Just their childcare until 7pm which is very friendly to parents especially those office further.

Actually you could take LRT from Puchong Prima to MRT Bandar Utama
But train travel time alone already cost you around 1.5 hour.

Just out of my curious, why you choose BR area instead of Gamuda Garden side since your working area nearby Bandar Sri Damansara ?
