That day saw an Indian family viewing Avela and they asked me how the traffic is here, because they hearsay traffic here is very bad. They are staying Puchong and work in KL.
I told them better to think twice, because traffic here is terrible and might take them 1.5 to 2 hours to reach KL from here. Except they WFh or flxi working hours or hybrid working hours la..

Lol, I remember that I went to their 1st or 2nd phase many moons ago and glad that I didn't purchase here.

haha, but cannot deny that environment here is really good and full of potential in future, just the main problem now is the traffic, hopefully can be solve in future.

Actually, in weekend, the commercial area is very lively, some hawkers come to do business near the 111, Rimbayu kopitiam and Sawadess
come on weekend, you can feel the crowd

Kopitiam 111 can try their wantan mee, Rimbayu Kopitiam can try their mixed pork soup noodles, not bad, their coffee ice or cham also not bad, i means in the Rimbayu kopitiam one

Saturday morning hard to get a table. Every weekend i send my kids to the tuition center and myself will take breakfast over the 3 kopitiams whichever shop got empty table.

Actually, i can said 80-90% full in the morning but u no need wait long as there isnt long Q there.

To be frank, the previous KK rep to me personally is underperforming, KK has flash flood, tree collapsing due to strong wind and didn’t trim properly.

haha, totally cannot get a DSH in KL area with this price la... even Rawang already more than 800K. Maybe Kajang (aka Cheras Selatan) can get one?
