Rimbayu leasehold also sells better than Alam Impian.

Still even dead town got its own highway…. The expectations to 4 developers here should be higher.

I think before buying, most of the buyer know the connectivity here.

The only dissapointment, they cancelled the connection near Tanjung batu12 to WCE.

Also, according to Jeff and IJM replied, they are proposed flyover and new connection to SKVE, but not concrete yet.

Actually, there are no direct connectivity to any highways.
It is either 'tumpang' Kota Kemuning to Kesas or 'tumpang' BSP to Elite/Skve. Both 'tumpang' roads also terribly jammed during rush hour.

Always bothered me when Elmina could get the approvals while this area despite having 4 major developers still couldn't get approval for something as basic as infra.

Can only hope this is not a long standing problem long after the developments are complete.

but can say... we not aware of how large this development is, and how bad the traffic issue turn out to be.

and guess what... those existing old residential area this area> got impacted the most. The road they used for last 20 years... got 20X more user in last 5 years.

AI that bad eh? many was looking good at this development- especially I&P such a reputable developer. Guess it is still location, and lack of commercial ba.

Even Elmina couldn't get direct connection to DASH.

Elmina already have direct access to GCE. That is more than enough whereas Rimb#yu has zero direct access to any highways.

It take almost half almost half an hour to pass Rimbayu traffic light

around what time you depart from your hse?

Around 20-30 minutes, cannot run away.
Likewise for BSP exit.

Yeah...thats why i bought in elmina instead of Rimbayu eventhough Rimbayu much more affordable. Went to view showhouse and when leaving back to PJ got caught in rush hour traffic from Rimbayu...straightaway cross off list
