my agent has a unit 750K, Starling Type D, North oriented and facing taman, want to try ask? 20X60, fully extended. Just completed this year, fresh from oven..haha.

Most agents here do not have available units

and if there is

there are 10 agents selling the same unit.

Best to visit the place and speak to the guards at the respective guardhouse.

They will have an idea of who is selling etc and more likely to get a great unit with an ideal price point.

Perenia is not selling for RM770k as starling is asking for RM720-750k

Better to get subsale as you will know the condition of the house after a few years and can negotiate further

Overall great place to stay.

Mahsa hospital, petrol station (two) and lotus coming

BSP flyover is progressing well (hopefully)

Seldom rains and always sunny

My parents come every year to visit, whenever they past by the area they will say isn’t it same as last year?

Only past few months moved a bit probably due to PRN. After that will be furniture.
