I was wondering since Rimbayu belongs to MDKL, alot of government related matters such as water, electric, indah water, cukai pintu, Cukai Tanah, will not bet that convenient since.

Anyone knows the nearest gov center to perform all those?

By looking at google maps, seems like BR/TA/ES all surrounded by all the Kampungs of Seksyen 29/30. Does the place still have a nice environment?

water electricity and indah water branches may not be in MDKL area. These are independent of cukai tanah and pintu.

for example...Setia Alam is under MBSA, but the office for electrity and water both are in Klang, not shah alam.

I guess will need to call to ask or enquire baru tao~ Anyway, this will be the story after 2 years  LOL.
Not sure existing BR residences, whether they have any comment on this, since they obtained the VP already.

if you could afford to buy subsales chimes, i think u can buy corner available lot for CHimes?

Down payment (initial sum) may be same but the loan and repayment shall be big different. 

Yalo.. thats the big disadvantages of buying subsales.. if the entry fees (legal fees, etc etc fees) can be waved or lower, it will makes alot difference dy. 

Ask owner to makeup. Just make sure bank can value higher than owner price.

just talked to one of the worker that is doing rectification work at Chimes, he was rectifying a house that was bought sub sale by new owner. New owner told him, he bought it at 800k. Intermediate lot.

800K for chimes at 22X75 (2100sqft) is quite reasonable.. as new 20X70 (1770sqft) penduline also 700K already. 

Well, Penduline's is being constructed with better materials I should say.
