sure can get to banting via that bridge. but have to cut thru quite some distance inside kampung roads before u can reach the main road to go banting

Anyone know how much is the Cukai Tanah and Cukai Pintu for the houses at Rimbayu? Will it be more expensive than other area?

Can say all the new development area in KL & Selangor have much more expensive than old house/area.

I did send the question to MBKL.. too bad la.. u know, gov , wont bother to answer, or maybe they dont even have answer yet. Maybe existing residence can share some light on this?

Cukai pintu for MDKL is much higher than the nearby Shah Alam. Due to the % different.

MDKL branch at Bandar Saujana Putra, just 10 minutes away.
