I was wondering since Rimbayu belongs to MDKL, alot of government related matters such as water, electric, indah water, cukai pintu, Cukai Tanah, will not bet that convenient since.

Anyone knows the nearest gov center to perform all those?

water electricity and indah water branches may not be in MDKL area. These are independent of cukai tanah and pintu.

for example...Setia Alam is under MBSA, but the office for electrity and water both are in Klang, not shah alam.

I guess will need to call to ask or enquire baru tao~ Anyway, this will be the story after 2 years LOL.
Not sure existing BR residences, whether they have any comment on this, since they obtained the VP already.

Subsales Chimes go for 720K, End Lot avaialble for Chimes is 1.1M.

Down payment (initial sum) may be same but the loan and repayment shall be big different.  brows.gif

Yalo.. thats the big disadvantages of buying subsales.. if the entry fees (legal fees, etc etc fees) can be waved or lower, it will makes alot difference dy. mega_shok.gif

800K for chimes at 22X75 (2100sqft) is quite reasonable.. as new 20X70 (1770sqft) penduline also 700K already. sad.gif

They just started using SA postcode for phase 7b.
*
So does that mean, the area BR will be under shah alam MBSA instead of MDKL?

I am more concern about the development later, directly will impact the property value and porposition.

If under Kuala Langat, will it be so "ulu" kind of development, whereby everything not being developed, and resulted abandon kind of land.

FYI, when 80's, Shah Alam also one of the ulu place.

Same as MPSepang, and now got Cyberjaya.

We will never know what happen in future, future might be become MPKL and head quarter moved to Canal City.

Kuala Langat has large acres of undeveloped land that KL/PJ dont have.
KL/PJ got planners but no land.
So..... who do you think hold the most potential for the future hhehehehe...
*
Yes, you are right.
Land vs planner.
You have land, but bad planner also cannot..
Good planner, but no land.. even worst haha~

But looking at new develop area, it may take at least 10 yrs to fully develop the area. and BR just started like.. hmmmm 3-4 years since 2013?
