Relatively affordable price (BK kinrara & bukit jalil double storey link asking price is approx 1.5mil) ...slightly bigger layout (at least not 20x65/70), jam free till you approach sg. besi/seremban highway..neighbours are puchong serdang & ioi city mall. I am looking for one too and this might perhaps the best project around PROVIDED you are not based in another part of klang valley

Hi..any rimbayu residence can confirm if the road from kota kemuning/section 30 shah alam (trafic lgt junction) to bandar saujana putra via rimbayu is open for traffic? I stayed in sec 30 and worked in serdang and normally i wud pass the kg lombong road (next to klang river under elite hway), which is in very3x bad condition, to go to bsp skve toll. Wud like to use that road if its open.shud be in better cond (paved).

not yet officially open but the road is paved and i saw a lot of cars using that road to head over to BSP. No bumps but beware of the road as you might need to switch to the opposite side.

Do u meant that the road is only opened on one side? Cos i saw the entrance nearby BSP (the one got the guard house and bar gate), they only open on one side. maybe one side but two-way traffic?

Last time i used the "quarry road" nearby the rimbayu BSPs entrance. Very bumpy and dirty..but still able to short-cut to kg lombong from BSP in 5minutes. but now cannot already since they have already korek that road..

nope.. i think that road is a non gazetted road, owned by the quarry company.. I guess the company just willingly open to public to pass it as a courtesy call. otherwise, the official "proper" road runs from BSP along the elite highway and klang river before can get to kg lombong.. which is in very2 bad shape (lubang here and there + non-paved)..

Haha.. I just came back home using that road.. Much3x better than the bsp-elite-kg lombong stretch.. Altho abit far, but minus the unpaved, bumpy, pothole-laden road. I can accept a nicely paved road eventho its further away than road that wud break ur absorber after few times running thru it.
And i also understand what botack meant by switching to opposite side of the road.. Learnt it the hard way good thing got another car using that road, so can follow that car until i can pass rimbayu and reached the kota kemuning-rimbayu trafic lgt junction. So, i guess will be using that road from now on.. Thanks to all rimbayu residence..

Me too using that road luckily got a car behind me signaled to left heading to BSP on that last roundabout or else, I am stuck on that roundabout. The road heading to rimbayu from BSP is still Ok if you continue straight but on the last leg, it looks like it is still not paved.

Yes.. that roundabout is very confusing.. good thing they left some space between the drum barrel so that cars can slip thru if going the wrong way.. haha..
today, i tried the road again.. and good thing got few cars ahead using that road too.. so, just follow la.. but still very confusing, like gamble to choose which side is the correct one..

then i saw got few flyovers went over skve. I'm guessing it connects rimbayu to jenjarom? Wow, such a development. I think soon houses in jenjarom will also see rise in price due to that flyover.

The flyover is for orang asli village use one, you can see few row of double storey house is all occupied by orang asli which last time stay at canal city.

Flyover near rimbayu side can go banting as a shortcut, but i never try before also.
