The only best thing about Penduline compare to Chimes would be low entrance for purchaser (discount + free MOT, ....). For RM50K you can book Penduline. For Chimes, you would need to fork out 15% initially. For 700K house, it is close to RM100K.

So if you have the money (initial sum) to spare, Chimes would be better choise.
