The quota is not set by ijm. All this inclusive with low cost housing is part of their requirement by council.

Address plan is different. Pos Malaysia will advise. Until now u can see some of the letter they rewrite under shah alam.

What's wrong with shah alam? Setia alam oso under shah alam. They still can have big mall n cinema. K.k also under shah alam.

Nothing to do with CF. They still can handover your unit with the cracked. Later they will ask u to submit defect form for them to rectified. The main problem here is not on the land settlement but its due to nearby construction areas. IJM should use driven piles method instead of using hammer method. This problem is very common to any housing nearby construction area.

Got to say I'm appalled at their attention to details.

Now, have a look at what they advertised on their brochure

Notice how the dark paint used in the mailbox column look so much classier, fencing for some reason looks much better too. Whereas from the actual construction pictures, no one will believe that the house costs RM70k short of RM1mil. What sort of cheap mailbox cover are they using? Not exactly what you would expect from Rimbayu's most expensive phase (at the moment).

Especially when this is a strata title phase, Wisteria buyers are kind of stuck with whatever lousy design they give you.

In my own humble opinion, even if their brochure is just a drawing based on the "artist's impression", I don't see how they can dumb it down that much. Cost saving? Now i'm starting to regret not forking out that extra money for Eco Sanctuary.

Before I sign off, here's a clearer picture of how ugly the mailbox actually looks.

Looks like normal terrace. Not even worth for 700k. Better buy their early phase.
