Ijm bumi quota always high but they will slowly release to non bumi if quota can't fulfilled

Observe there is no gutter for wisteria, but gutter is fixed for penduline, any idea why?

Yalo.. thats the big disadvantages of buying subsales.. if the entry fees (legal fees, etc etc fees) can be waved or lower, it will makes alot difference dy. 

So does that mean, the area BR will be under shah alam  MBSA instead of MDKL?

I called they said ahead of schedule probably by end of September.
But have u go inside there. I'm so upset bcoz I saw lot of crack especially at the back house - the outside wall structure (not the house but the fence) the whole row affected. I don't think they can get CF really fast based on that condition.

Checked on Wisteria's construction progress based on pictures uploaded on Rimbayu's website.

Got to say I'm appalled at their attention to details.

Now, have a look at what they advertised on their brochure


Notice how the dark paint used in the mailbox column look so much classier, fencing for some reason looks much better too. Whereas from the actual construction pictures, no one will believe that the house costs RM70k short of RM1mil. What sort of cheap mailbox cover are they using? Not exactly what you would expect from Rimbayu's most expensive phase (at the moment).

Especially when this is a strata title phase, Wisteria buyers are kind of stuck with whatever lousy design they give you.

In my own humble opinion, even if their brochure is just a drawing based on the "artist's impression", I don't see how they can dumb it down that much. Cost saving? Now i'm starting to regret not forking out that extra money for Eco Sanctuary.
