1 - FH vs LH sampai mati pon tak habis discuss. You bought for investment maybe FH better you bought for own stay maybe both also ok. Depending on the purpose why you buy, different people different answer

2 - Address is TPG, Saujana Putra also TPG. True MDKL have their own shortcomings but which local govt don't? Today bad forever will be bad then no people will venture to new place la.

3 - Real TPG is far far away. Actual location is more S.Alam than TPG. Even snail mail go to S.Alam post office. It was dubbed as S.Alam 2.

4 - McD is 7km la, 10km la.. this is exactly like "your house to KLCC" when you don't even work in KLCC. Food wise there are lot of choices throughout KK, abundance of pasar malam, Saujana Putra also quite near when using the Saujana Link

5 - Puchong? cannot answer this as I don't know Puchong or even go there for anything.

6 - You buy a house because of your needs and preference. Some people choose here because near to workplace, near to parent's house etc. If your priority is FH and willing to go buy even far from your office etc then just go la. Some people have other things on top of the list rather than FH or LH. Why the hate bro?

I have to agree with you at the point of staying rimbayu but work at KLCC does not make sense but there are possibilities as:

- High income level group don't mind - they work in KLCC areas, earning very high income - they always stay back in office - they drive nice car, back and forth Rimbayu & KLCC at non-peak hours will not be a issue to them

- Those have few properties - they diversify - Rimbayu is their second home (so their parents can stay) - they have condo near to their work place at KLCC areas - they stay weekdays in condo - Weekend in Rimbayu (or they choose whenever they wanna go as they have 2 houses)

- Wife & Husband - workplace at different areas - they choose rimbayu (whoever sacrifice on long distance to workplace balanced by the others)

- Buying rimbayu for investment in long terms, so future he/she own a landed houses - although they now work at KLCC there is possibility of changing job that near to their house.

Hi..any rimbayu residence can confirm if the road from kota kemuning/section 30 shah alam (trafic lgt junction) to bandar saujana putra via rimbayu is open for traffic? I stayed in sec 30 and worked in serdang and normally i wud pass the kg lombong road (next to klang river under elite hway), which is in very3x bad condition, to go to bsp skve toll. Wud like to use that road if its open.shud be in better cond (paved).

Haha.. I just came back home using that road.. Much3x better than the bsp-elite-kg lombong stretch.. Altho abit far, but minus the unpaved, bumpy, pothole-laden road. I can accept a nicely paved road eventho its further away than road that wud break ur absorber after few times running thru it.
And i also understand what botack meant by switching to opposite side of the road.. Learnt it the hard way good thing got another car using that road, so can follow that car until i can pass rimbayu and reached the kota kemuning-rimbayu trafic lgt junction. So, i guess will be using that road from now on.. Thanks to all rimbayu residence..

I was wondering since Rimbayu belongs to MDKL, alot of government related matters such as water, electric, indah water, cukai pintu, Cukai Tanah, will not bet that convenient since.

Anyone knows the nearest gov center to perform all those?

Subsales Chimes go for 720K, End Lot avaialble for Chimes is 1.1M. 

Down payment (initial sum) may be same but the loan and repayment shall be big different. 

800K for chimes at 22X75 (2100sqft) is quite reasonable.. as new 20X70 (1770sqft) penduline also 700K already. 

How u know Penduline will use better material? Or this is just to comfort Penduline buyer only?

If compare, Penduline do not use better material.  In term of spec, Penduline is lower than Chimes to accommodate the lower price tag.  The only best thing about Penduline compare to Chimes would be low entrance for purchaser (discount + free MOT, ....).  For RM50K you can book Penduline.  For Chimes, you would need to fork out 15% initially.  For 700K house, it is close to RM100K.

So if you have the money (initial sum) to spare, Chimes would be better choise.

Why not you do test by wrte to yourself, with just bandar rimbayu without TPG, see if the letter arrive or not, or will it be diverted.

Doesn't seems logic right? If penduline under MBSA, then ecoworld and tropicana which more nearer to KK is under KK too.

Impossible under MBSA la..See in the S&P only lor which local council approve the building plans. The whole BR is under MDKL, mana boleh a certain portion under MBSA pula

 
Can anyone share any MDKL development area that is well planned and progressing now ya?

Not officially open but before this week anybody can use it. It's been paved already.

But I heard recently IJM closed it off until end of the year on security and safety grounds. Not too sure. Maybe some Chimes or Perrenia residents can confirm this.
