IJM construction progress super fast. Any idea how fast r they in claiming the progressive payment?

Hmm.... Car porch looks almost at same level as the road. In the future when multiple road paving are done, the road level could be higher than the car porch. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Wow you sneak in huh. The penduline seems like using sand brick instead of red brick?

Yeah, it is fast. Progressive payment for which phase? I'm not sure for Wisteria but for Penduline only at stage 2(a). I think in about a month's time probably some Type A owners might kena 2(b) already. Pics taken from Rimbayu website, not mine. Pretty sure got some editing laugh.gif

Based on approved plans, the porch slopes down gently from the front door of the house to the gate/entrance by 200mm.

Haha those are not my pics la boss. It's taken from Rimbayu website as mentioned. And yes, Penduline is using sand brick as stated in the specifications.

Observe there is no gutter for wisteria, but gutter is fixed for penduline, any idea why?

Havent fix is it? If not mistaken wisteria have rain water harvesting system also, should have gutter.

I believe that the works are done by batches / rows and by few contractors, so some are faster and some are much slower.

Wisteria is 36 months development since year end period of 2014, right ?
