hmm... a bit difficult to believe your friend. My family member did a heart stent surgery and I don't think it's super expensive. If don't claim under insurance it will be cheaper as well.

These retailers could not be able to open many outlets in the same locations. Bet that many of them may relocate from BSP in near future once their tenancy is lapsed.

near blossom square, next to TNB substation and water pump there. there is a plot of land there ready to be build by IJM. Still pending MPKL's building approval though.

let say, sold at 570k but the market price is 700k.
submit 90% loan for 700k at least 630k?
