30 mins drive plus almost 1 hour ride to PJ/KL? Almost no difference to driving. Only difference is less stressful not facing the jam

Starling Update ( JUL 2022 ) - Phase A

2 months and 2 weeks left before first batch of Starling is finished. Received their last update / bill almost 3 months ago, hopefully no more delay.

Yesterday i have received another letter from Rimbayu to inform me about the completion of another stage, stage 2(h).

For stage 2, now left the 2(f) : The sewerage works serving the said building. I believe will be done before the deadline.

Stage 3 is "On the date the Purchaser takes vacant possession of the said Property with water and electric supply ready for connection". (17.5% loan)

There is also another 17.5% loan after the stage 3.

I checked with the salesperson, he told me should have no more delay. So for phase 1 buyer, i think we can expect to get key on December / Jan?

Well- some say this been highlighted too much. All doom and gloom and repeating the same issue here wont help much.
Developer and local authority wont log in and check the issue here. Am sure they aware but posting in LYN wont push them to take any action.
and shouldn't we share and spread more about the benefits and good vibes around this township?
more positive energy is always better ba.  Especially if we are regularly stressed by other negative element eg rising interest, cost of living etc

Starling phase A has VP-ed. Owners can take keys now by making appointment, and appointment slots on Friday and Sat seem fully booked already.

May first time home buyer, but I believe all property got defects... I am considered super picky and detailed checker.  Found around 20 minor defects, they report on the spot and fix the next working day.
