office spaces already oversupplied in major cities areas bro.. dont think developers dare to take a risk and build offices here lol

Only office space available here is in g257. IMHO, don't think there is a demand for office space here. Unless IJM, Tropicana or Ecoworld want to move any of their offices to canal city. Light industries probably would make more sense in this area to complement all the commercial developments.

based on the trend going forward, office space may not be that important already.. more companies will adopt wfh practice due to this pandemic and its a risk to developer or that location that the offices will be under utilize or bcum like a ghost building

There's so many dead office tower in Klang.

I rather not, I really enjoy staying here cause it’s only residential without offices buildings around the area.

Everywhere is accessible, I hardly leave the town since MCO last year.

Sometimes want to take a breath then will drive to KK for good food.

Is a food place to live in, overall environment is good, commercial are bustling, private school, government school, malls, clubhouses are all available within this vicinity. One doesn't really need to travel out from this place not even to KK actually. My only wishlist now is for this area to have a proper private hospital and maybe a government KK so the health care part is complete as well.

Columbia at Rimau is actually very near to Rimbayu if you use another route, not the KK 12 o clock route.

Clinic wise, rimbayu already have dental, few clinics with proper equipments.

Really want to have more common franchises to open in the shoplots area such as KFC, Burger King, Tealive, Fruit shop, some fancy cafes/dessert spot to invite friends to in the future.

I know most of the stuffs I mentioned can get from Quayside Mall, but lazy nak u-turn to Quayside Mall lah.

*Nevermind what I just said, most franchises I've mentioned above all can be found in BSP*

Then a big Police Station to stop all those mat rempit and also increase the sense of security in that area, especially after what happened in eco somerset.

Most importantly is the road infrastructure, because once the township is done, the amount of resident will be absurd! Have to ensure a good road system is implemented... Some key area is the traffic light from KK to 25/7 and the rounadabout to exist BSP to the ELITE I believe.
