The land settle will take time 2-5 years. Eventually the crack on the car porch after the column, will still be affected.

whatever was built, no more construction costs by now but this is different to the newly built houses. Cost to build is not cheap now.

The funny thing is buyers like first-hand houses and of course, lower down payment to own the house.

MOO, a few areas are not fully utilised. same old layout. only good thing is the ground floor will be totally open concept - you look the whole space till rear from the main door.

this layout more practical.

land settlement issue happened to most of the township even in Setia Alam before. Not sure the Chimes still under warranty covered by IJM or not. If you're planning for own staying, It is okay to get it now and do not need to wait for another two years from Penduline. This township is needed more people to move in. smile.gif Most of the current transactions for Phase 1 and 2 of RImbayu in between 700k-800k.
