Sooner you will realize that you have chosen a right company to work with. Don't listen to others and judge the company by yourself.

Hi please correct your point before posting your message here. What kind of allowances are you looking for? Doesn’t Emerio recruiter have explained to you what you will be offered before accepting this job? Let's understand this is an entry level to IT, starting from fresh grad to less than a year experience. On top of medical leave, AL, ML, hospitalization and other common benefits entitled you have been offered decent salary. You're not a TL or manager whom entitled for other benefits such as mobile, internet and ect. You should be proud and lucky enough to get this job.

Hi Cherilyn,
I hope you’re not blind. Please go and read the email and other attachments once again before posting your message. That’s not a job offer however it’s merely a proposal which indicating about your compensation, benefits and other terms & conditions for your acceptance after shortlisted on the phone screening stage. You will be asked to attend a face to face interview with the company or client if you have been further shortlisted. The letter of employment would finally been released if the client had shortlisted or selected you. Please don’t mix up job proposal and letter of employment. If you don’t know how to differentiate please go and find some information or ask someone for more details.

Unless you have a severe financial crunch, I suggest not to join. Initially everyone sees it as a jump only, later realise that its a mistake. You will be made to work in the same position and for same salary for years. Difficult to move out also.

Hi emirio_staff,
I don't understand what’s your intention to be in this forum, unfortunately I believe that you're merely another vendor who has got nothing to do in your life except spreading wrong messages and rumors. Let me to prove everyone who the hell are you!!.

Please look at the nick name (EMIRIO) that you used in this forum. The company name itself (EMERIO) had been spelled incorrectly. This is proven that you’re not at all to be an ex Emerio Staff. You don’t even know how to spell of your former employer and should feel shame of yourself confessing to be EX Emerio employee. You're auta...!!

Em-recruiter,

First of all mind your language. You need not make a big fuss out of my user name. Why is your name Em, why not Emerio??? And about me being ex-Emerio staff or not, I dont need any proof from you. I know who I am. If I was not in Emerio, how the hell I would have all these info with me? Shall I give each and every detail of the illegal things you do? About making employees work for your companies when their EP's are still in process? And the way HR told one of my colleagues when he joined this company.. "dont tell your company or any police who stop you that you dont have EP..." MY GOD!!! Any company with ethics and values does this??. And if I was not an employee how the hell I would know about your salary issues? Instead of calling every person who posts ill about Emerio as a vendor, try to anser their qusetions. You have no answers to any of them. You simply post irrelavant comments in a very bad tone and language.Look at the way you are replying to the posts. Can clearly make out what a company Emerio is. And you want me to prove if I am an ex-emerio staff or not? Shall I spill more beans about why HRs get blasted left and right and then leave the company and run away? Why employees are forced to stick to you though they dont want to stay?More details and more illegal stuffs needed?
I am just trying to keep away the people falling in to the ditch. If you have answers to the questions which are posted, you are welcome to talk. Dont simply go ahead and call everyone as a vendor who is behind your success if you are not doing your business efficiently and ethically. If you are soo truthful, tell why you make expats work illegally when their EP is not processed? why do you trap employees in such a way that they cant even go out?

I received offer from Emerio as well, the pay seems very good as they offer me with salary of Rm4000+ . This is quite a big jump. But from my senior, he also mentioned that never go emerio, very streessful working environment. And after reading the comments here, it made me think more than twice LOL However the bad impression for the company is dated back to 2007, now is 2013, did the company still that bad or they have changed to a better company to work with?

I'm very flustrated with working for Emerio.

Management team and HR team are always thinking how to escape from their responsibility.

They leave task which we can't finish within our operation hours and force us to overtime work almost everyday, but they never give us overtime salary...

Irresponsible HR staffs are handling our personal information inappropriately.
I'm surprised that one of HR staff has told my personal information(telephone number and private Email) to some of the employees who are not related my work.

Many of our colleagues found that Emerio is terrible company.
None of management staff is thinking how to be benefit to employee.
They always try to abuse us.
Most of us end up to continue to work since they ask penalty if we resign within contract period.

You are lucky if you find this information before you join Emerio.
Forget about the job offer from Emerio, if you don't want work like a slave.

There are many rules which doesn't written on my contract in Emerio.
You will be passed Emerio handbook and will be told to follow the rules after you joined to Emerio.
For example, I was asked to work even Saturday and Sunday with very small amout allowance.
Also, you'll not be allowed to take AL or MC, sometimes.
The insurance package provided by Emerio is terrible.
Most of the famous hospital like kpj damansara specialist, Pantai Hospital KL, Gleneagles Hospital, SDMC Subang Jaya etc...are excluded.

The most terrible thing is there are some Japanese young HR staffs who doesn't have experience in HR field.
They are very arrogant and their boss doesn't train them appropriately.
They just ignore our complain.
I liked Japan, but I started dislike Japanese ppl now.

I also received an email from them, and I was replied for some information as requested in the email.
Could you further explain why the HR was not OK? Since you are the one who currently worked in there.
Thanks.

i'm an Emerians,

just want to tell about emerio.
to me, Emerio has the best work environment.
Ppl here are very friendly. I think ppl who dislike Emerio maybe because of their department bosses.
Because, as for me, i have a very understandable bosses.

But, for salary and benefits.
Emerio is not the best in these.
